Navy sieze drugs using rigid inflatable boats

Two British ships have seized cocaine with a street value of £350 million - one of the world's biggest-ever drug hauls - after a high speed chase.

Crews from HMS Southampton and the Grey Rover tanker boarded the cargo ship, MV Rampage, which was carrying the drugs, in the south-west Caribbean off Miami yesterday.

British sailors came alongside the vessel in rigid inflatable boats, and boarded her. The crew of the Rampage are currently being held by the US Coastguard Authority.
